1 Our Commitment

Peptly Calc handles sensitive personal health data — peptide doses, vial configurations, medication schedules. We designed the App from the ground up so that none of this information ever has to leave your device.

2 What Data Peptly Calc Uses

Peptly Calc works with the following information, all stored locally on your device:

• Peptide and BAC water amounts you enter for dose calculations
• Saved calculations, names, and notes
• Vial tracking entries (amounts, dates, notes)
• Medication profiles you create and save
• Dose log entries you record manually
• Titration plan details you configure
• App preferences and settings

None of this data is transmitted off your device. It is stored in the App's private, sandboxed SwiftData container — inaccessible to any other app or external service.

3 What We Do Not Collect

• We do not operate servers that store your calculation or health data
• We do not use analytics tools that track your in-app behaviour
• We do not collect advertising identifiers or build usage profiles
• We do not sell, license, or share your data with any third party
• We do not use your data to train AI or machine learning models
• We have no technical ability to access your data — because we simply don't have it

4 Subscriptions & Payments

Peptly Calc's optional premium subscription is managed entirely by Apple via the App Store. All billing, payment processing, and transaction records are handled by Apple — Peptly Calc never sees, stores, or processes your payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data.

5 iCloud Backup

If you have iCloud Backup enabled, your Peptly Calc data may be included in your personal iCloud backup. This backup is end-to-end encrypted and accessible only to you via your Apple ID. Peptly has no involvement in or access to your iCloud account. You can exclude Peptly Calc from backups at any time via iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.

6 App for Adults (18+)

Peptly Calc is designed for adults aged 18 and over. The dose calculation tools and reference data in the App are based on research applicable to adult populations and are not appropriate for use by minors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the App, we encourage you to remove it from their device.

7 Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, the revised version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date.

8 Your Rights & Data Deletion

Because Peptly Calc does not collect or store your data on any server, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. You are already in complete control. To permanently delete all your Peptly Calc data, simply delete the App from your device — all locally stored information will be removed immediately and cannot be recovered.
