1 Agreement to These Terms

By downloading or using Peptly Calc ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Peptly.

Peptly Calc is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

2 What Peptly Calc Is

Peptly Calc is a utility tool designed to assist adults in calculating peptide reconstitution and dose measurements for informational and personal reference purposes.

The accuracy of results depends entirely on the values you enter. Peptly is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect inputs or misuse of calculated outputs.

3 Your Data

All data you enter into Peptly Calc — including dose calculations, vial information, medication profiles, and dose logs — is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any data you enter into the App.

Because your data is stored on your device, we cannot recover it if your device is lost, reset, or damaged. We recommend keeping regular device or iCloud backups.

4 Subscriptions & Payments

Peptly Calc offers a free tier and optional premium features available through an auto-renewable subscription managed via the Apple App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel at any time via iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy

We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your billing information.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Peptly Calc only for its intended personal reference purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App to provide dosing advice or calculations to other individuals in a clinical or advisory capacity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Rely solely on App output for medical decisions without professional guidance

6 Intellectual Property

Peptly Calc, including its design, calculation engine, code, and all related materials, is owned by Peptly. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the App. You retain full ownership of any data you enter.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

Peptly Calc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that calculations are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The App is a convenience tool — not a clinical instrument.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptly and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on the App — including any health outcomes resulting from dose calculations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for a Peptly Calc subscription in the preceding 12 months, or $10 USD if no subscription was held.

9 Third-Party Services

Peptly Calc integrates with the Apple App Store for subscriptions and may link to the Peptly app. Your use of those services is governed by Apple's own terms and policies. Peptly is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11 Termination

You may stop using Peptly Calc at any time by deleting the App. All locally stored data will be permanently removed. If you have an active subscription, cancel it via iOS Settings before deleting to avoid further charges.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
